The Anomaly project is a peer leadership and mentoring program that promotes high achievement though academics and entrepreneurship as a way of decreasing adolescent and juvenile crime. The program serves minority males between their freshman and senior years of high-school. With a primary focus in Wilmington, Delaware, these young men are additionally selected from other parts of New Castle County based on recommendations from family, friends, educators, parishioners and leaders from their communities. They represent the statistically disenfranchised families traditionally perceived to be of low income single family households.
