Learn MoreRooted in Delaware, Future Promises Foundation is guided by a powerful, universal vision: to help families heal, grow, and thrive—one child, one parent, one community at a time.
Whether it’s a parent searching for support child trying to find their place, or someone coming home after incarceration—we meet people where they are and walk with them toward what’s possible.
Through community partnerships, compassionate care, and innovative programming, we help turn hardship into healing and potential into purpose.
Together, we’re not just changing lives—
we’re creating new possibilities.

Make an ImpactWe offer Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs), outpatient services, and community-based recovery support programs for individuals and families affected by mental health and substance use disorders. Our approach is trauma-informed, recovery-centered, and family-focused — with specific emphasis on opioid and stimulant addiction.
Our programs are designed to serve adults and caregivers within family systems, recognizing that individual healing strengthens entire households. We also provide early intervention and wellness education to support teens and young adults.
Our reentry program offer short-term transitional housing, life skills development, job readiness training, and connection to clinical recovery supports. We also work with families to rebuild relationships and foster long-term stability.
Our youth programming spans from early childhood through college, beginning with foundational support for children from birth to school age through our early childhood initiatives. From there, we provide mentorship, leadership development, and academic support to youth in elementary, middle, and high school, extending through college-aged young adults. Each program is tailored developmentally, ensuring that children and youth receive what they need at every stage.
