At Twinkle Little Stars, we believe that every child deserves a radiant start—one rooted in love, learning, and limitless possibility. Designed to uplift the youngest members of our community and support the families raising them, this early childhood initiative lays the groundwork for lifelong success.
Through intentional care, rich developmental experiences, and family-focused programming, we foster confident learners and compassionate little leaders. Twinkle Little Stars is more than a center—it’s a promise to help every child shine.
The early years of life are critical—90% of brain development occurs before age five. Yet, thousands of children in historically overlooked communities lack access to high-quality early learning environments that are both nurturing and culturally responsive.
In Delaware, over 40% of children under age five live in households experiencing economic hardship, a figure that grows even more stark in underserved areas of Dover and surrounding neighborhoods.
Twinkle Little Stars addresses these disparities head-on by providing holistic early education that not only prepares children academically, but also centers their emotional well-being, cultural identity, and family systems.
In doing so, the program directly supports Future Promises Foundation’s broader mission to inspire youth empowerment and long-term social change through education and whole-family support.
Twinkle Little Stars is a year-round, full-day early learning program serving children from six weeks to five years old. Licensed and staffed by credentialed early childhood educators, the center operates five days a week and offers both full-time and part-time enrollment options to accommodate working families.
